Dog Licenses
All dogs five months of age or older living in the Town of Ixonia MUST be licensed by March 31st each year. A late fee of $5 will be collected if the owner does not obtain a license by that date. If a new dog is acquired after that day, you must obtain a license within 30 days. Rates are $5 for neutered/spayed dogs, $10 for unneutered/unspayed.
State law requires all dog owners to provide a current rabies certificate of vaccination from a Wisconsin veterinarian prior to issuance of a dog license. If you pay by mail, please include a copy of the rabies certificate along with a check or money order for the correct amount. You may also come to the Town Hall to pay for the license.
